Gifts are available in the flash version only, so if you use the HTML5 version you won't be able to send gifts.

No, the game itself is free so Tanki do not make money from minutes played in MM. The main source of income is obviously the shop, where players can buy different items for real money.

As of now, chat violators cannot be reported, it is recommended to use the ignore feature (either by left-clicking on their nickname and selecting the 'Ignore' option, or by using the /block Nickname chat command) this way, you won't see their messages ever again. As for killing in parkour battles, public parkour battles aren't really used for parkour anymore. If someone kills you inside a battle, you can always leave the battle and join/create a new one.

As of now the developers have not given an option to turn off the HTML5 pop-up message, simply because they want most of the players to get used to the HTML5 version of the game.
