Test servers are a separate version of the game that is exactly the same as everything on the main servers. When a new feature gets added, it's important to check how it works with every existing thing in the game. So for example when Ares was added, all other hulls were also available on the test server because the goal was to check how different hulls interact with one another, and whether anything is broken.
Sometimes some of the features on the test server are limited. For example, when the friends system was being tested many years ago, players didn't get millions of crystals and high ranks to buy equipment, because it was not necessary for testing the friends system.

You can still use Flash player, but not for so long as flash will not be supported by the end of 2020.

Sadly I believe there isn't a special offer with the Vulcan ultra skin. So, your only chance to get it is in ultra containers.

You have to be patient and wait for the kit to appear in the shop. But there are also good news, in the last v-log the developers mentioned a new feature that allows you to refresh the special offers section in the shop.

In the HTML5 version, you get the ability to create and join pro battles without actually having a pro pass.

Sadly, flash will not be supported by the end of 2020, which is why the developers have created the HTML5 version of the game. As of now, overdrives are going to stay in matchmaking battles. However, you can disable them in pro battles.
If anything changes, it will be announced in the Patch notes.
