Hi! As of now it is impossible to report chat violations in the forum. If a player bothers you, it is highly recommended to use the ignore option. Just click on his/her nickname and then click on "ignore". If it happened in Discord PM, simply block him. If it happened in Tanki's official discord however, contact one of the discord moderators.

This parameter is not publicly disclosed, so there is no info about this parameter.

Try clearing your client's cache and see if it helps.

Funds are still disabled in clan and format battles. However, I believe you've played in a non-format battle called "XP/BP" which explains why you've received crystals.

As for your question, it depends on the mk level.

If another player gives you the link of the payment page you can purchase the item for him, not necessarily in a gift though.
But please note that it is very risky if you are the one who shares the link, in case whoever purchased for you an item refunds the money, you might lose your account forever.
