The following sentence was mnetioned in Patch Update #677;
All the old special offers are removed from the Shop’s showcase. Note: You also no longer can get equipment kits from the Shop’s showcase. However, the kits will be returned later with the «Contracts» system that will be added to the Shop in the new interface. Stay tuned!

You should create a ticket and ask the eSports officials team to delete your clan. Before making the ticket, make sure you are the only player inside the clan. In the future, it is highly recommended to create a ticket in the eSports site whenever you have eSports related questions.

The player you were facing probably had the "Mechanic" drone equppied. One of this drone's abilities is to reduce Repair Kit's cooldown.
