Yes, it is a bug. The thing is, you are not supposed to play XP/BP via mobile so I don't think the developers will fix it (unless it happens in MM).

As per my knowledge, the drone gives the same amount of points regardless of the amount of players that are nearby when activating your repair kit.

It might have occured because you've hidden your profile and then made it visible again.

Go to your settings, click on the "security" tab and then uncheck the box that says "hide your profile"

As far as I know this is a press account (an account that is given to YouTubers which has special equipment). That's probably the reason.

If you enter an excessive number of messages in a short period of time, it's considered flooding the chat.

Unfortunately, you can only access the test server when the servers are open for testing. When the servers are closed to the public, the only ones who can get access to them are the developers. 

As far as I know it doesn't.

Inactive accounts will simply be renamed to free up the nickname for another user and you will still be able to access your account, as usual, even if it has lost its nickname — inactive accounts' nicknames get a prefix «r_» in front of them. So, if the nickname «TANKER» gets taken, the original account's nickname becomes «r_TANKER». If «r_TANKER» was also taken, then a number from 0 to 100 is added to it, so the name becomes, for example, «r_TANKER0».

PRO Battles are battles that have been created manually by the players. These are, more or less, custom battles with the ability to customize a variety of game mechanics, for example drones, micro-upgrades, and so on. ~Tanki wiki
 
How to enter PRO Battles:
First step: click on battle modes button;
Second step: click on the battle list button;
Now you should be able to view the Battle List where all PRO Battles are played.
