The DM mode was removed from the regular modes which are available for players. To be more exact, it was replaced with Siege (Full details can be found here)
However, there are good news, DM mode is available during special events such as Ultra Weekends and holidays!

Hornet's overdrive is called "scout radar" - Allows the entire team to see the health bars and location of enemy tanks. Additionally, the overdrive will apply the Armor-Piercing status effect to all nearby visible tanks at the moment of activation, and apply the Supercharge status to the user.

This is a known bug which is caused either by high ping or Tanki's anti-cheat system. It was reported to the developers many times.
