Good idea right there. Maybe in the game, you can still see it, but when using targeting software, the tank either never registers as a target, or is invisible all together.

Now i'll give you that, shafts and magnums are the equalizer in this small debate. Too bad the same can't be said about all the other turrets present in this game. Although it isn't all too necessary for long range turrets, I still think there should be more variability for the hulls, and if there is no way to spice up the game in the field of hulls, the developers should, at the very least, take hull alterations into consideration.

Now that you mention it, you do make a point, but what about hull alterations? Sure, the turrets give creative game mechanics and whatnot, but transportation is more important because you have to go from point A to point B, and you can't do that when your hull is blown up or fried to a crisp, and if you take a look at war thunder, they literally brag about how diverse and realistic their tanks are compared to other mmo tank games.

That is understandable, however if the turrets can be as diverse as they are, why can't the hulls? Sure, one might be as similar as the other, but they don't have to be. One commenter said that my idea sounds like an idea for a mammoth overdrive, but we all know that overdrives don't last too long to make any difference. And if I might add to the hulls being similar, as I said in my idea, the armor rating can doubled when in deployment, unlike the mammoth which is already considered to be "a fortress on tracks" which can easily steam roll any unprepared player. Honestly, I speak for everyone own interest in the game when I say there has to be more diversity in the game as far as hulls are concerned. However, if the developers can't find any way to make the hulls diverse, they can at the very least give the hull alterations that give them special traits.

Hello fellow tankers Some of you might remember me from a topic I made a little while ago about separating buyers from legit players, but this time, I want to discuss about something more creative rather than economic. Do you feel as though there should be more creative hulls in the game? Now of course you're gonna say yes, and you might say that they have already planned out the "hover tank." But I want something more practical than a flying tank. Now I know that this should be more of an "Ideas and suggestions" topic, but I want to hear from other tanks opinions about this rather than what a forum mod has to say (although other people do like to comment on others ideas too). My idea is to create a tank that has visible armor plates (yes I said armor, I am an american after all) that can be deployed as tactical cover for other tanks (shafts, isidas, ect...). However, when in deployment, the tank is severely limited in mobility, meaning that the tank can't move, and the turret can only face one direction. Now that may sound bad, but this hull can be used as an advantage in team games (which are almost always tanki's game modes), and when in deployment, the armor rating (yes, I said armor again) will double, maybe triple when using the the defence power up/drug. Now, that's my idea for what tanki should implement, and even though your opinion doesn't entirely matter as far as criticizing my idea on a new hull goes, but it definitely matters on what your ideas are. Come up with something practical, something impressive and as far as names go, they're not necessary because the developers are the ones to name the equipment in the end.

Hey guys, I noticed in some of the reply that I as a little hipycritical in my original topic, and I would like to take back what I said about the ratings, and that maybe it is a bad idea to use ratings as part of determining who your opponent will be. One commenter even asked which account this occured on, so here it is. FoxGamer203 Laugh at it if you will, but please take in mind that the account is only in the low leveled brackets (First sergeant), and the opponent I faced had a M1 smokey followed by what I believe was a M1 hornet, but the interaction occured so fast that I couldn't get a detailed look at the tracks and front of the hull.

Hello everyone. I am here to discuss something that has been nagging at my head for a long time: How to stop buyers. I don't have a strategy, but I do have words, and I intend to tell you a story of the injustice that is Legit players vs Pay to win. It was just an hour ago that I was playing on an alternate account (mostly because I made some mistakes, and had to abandon my account), and when I was playing in a team death match, I was pinned against a hornet and smokey combo. However, when I took a look at the turret he was using, I noticed chrome plates were sitting at the base of the barrel; a prime indication that his turret was M1, and he bought a kit. Me, having only standard M0 viking and M0 smokey, I couldn't take him on. Upon my death, I left the game, and pondered on the situation, and as I thought about what happened, I came to the realization that this game is no longer fun. People who have the money to buy kits (giving the equipment they should never have at their rank) have been mercilessly killing multitudes of legit players, and it no longer matters if you have skill or luck, just that you have the money. Now, there is a solution, but Tanki might disagree. No, I don't want the kits to be taken away, but I want an even playing field; a separation if you will. I want a system put into place where if you bought a kit, and the equipment you bought isn't permitted to be bought at your rank, your tank should be placed in a bracket different than that of normal players. In a way, it kind of mirrors that of the deserter penalty in Tanki X, but it would be more fair for the rest of us, and the buyers would be on an even playing field. Now, you may say that all I have to do is get money, but last I checked, i'm still a minor in my country, and my parents won't pay for a game. Not only that, but I don't feel it's fair to even include micro-transactions in a multiplayer game. So this is my arguement. I don't want the mods to come and block comments from ever being written because I want your feedback, and even the mods to if they are interested. warm regards TAKEDOWN203

I am here to talk about the one thing that drives everyone nuts. Pay to win. Just a little while ago, I was playing in a team death match using my alternate account, and I was pinned up against a tanker with a smokey and hornet combo. However; I noticed something odd about the turret that the tanker was using. It has a shiny front plate outlining the barrel; a prime indication that this smokey turret was M1. I (only being equipped with a standard M0 viking hull, and M0 smokey) Barely stood a chance, and upon my death, I left the game. Now, I speak for every other "real" player out there when I say that this game isn't fun anymore, especially if you have no money to buy the kits that TO has to offer. Of course people say that this should be in the ideas and suggestions page, and when I tried to suggest my ideas, it said I couldn't start a new topic, but I believe that there should be a separation. I feel that the rank bracket is no longer necessary because people can buy advanced equipment that they should never be permitted to buy based off of their rank anyways. I feel that there should be two separate brackets: 1. Legit players 2. buyers The separation will not be based off of rank alone, but the rating system, and how powerful his/her equipment is. Unless tanki makes a change to stop the very type of tanker they created using the ever so despised micro-transactions, then this game will continue to get worse. And if you look at the profile I am using for the forums you might think " But TAKEDOWN, you have M1 equipment on this profile. Why don't you use that?" Well, funny thing is, I made the alternate account because when I bought M1 equipment, I was too late, and everyone else had M2. Now of course, tanki mods are gonna try to censor this because they feed off of the transactions that fuel the Pay to Win culture, but I suggest they don't. Where I come from, freedom of speech is important, and i'm using it right now to tell you what the issue is so we can all work together to fix the issue, and i'm going to have to rely on everyone elses response to this. The one main reason why tanki is failing. Some people who play tanki uses a chromebook, or a less piece of processing equipment. Because of that, we can't download tanki X, so we are restricted to using only tanki online. Maybe he is right. Maybe there should be interactables. Hello tanki, I have a quick question. Can we add some new mechanics to make the game better. Here's some thoughts I came up with that I think the developers might find interesting. 1: Having secondary attachments or "hull mods" might make the game interesting. For example, an automatic chain gun that does minute amount to damage once "you" see an enemy. Only when "you" see it with the turret trigger. 2: A new hull would be great. You did mention back in 2013 that you would add new hulls, such as the deployable cover hull. 3: Maybe a new supply. We honestly have way too many turrets, so we should even out the playing field. Now, I know from experience that tanki is slow to embrace new ideas from the people who play game, but would you at least agree that we need new mechanics, and brush off the cob webs in the hull development department. I mean sure, when you guys came up with the magnum, I was impressed, but I wasn't all to happy to see that the hulls weren't updated yet. I'm not trying to take control, and assert my authority over the game as if I own it, that's not at all what I want, but what I do want is fresh new tanki online, with all sorts of fun mechanics and game play. And although i'm not staking my authority over this game (and I know this is turning into a rant so forgive me), a game that I always want to play my heart out is dying. I'm not really going to sugar coat it, you guys are very slow in embracing new ideas from your fans (unless you go and ask people, which is really rare), and because of that, people are beginning to leave, for good. The game has gotten old, free players are struggling to fight the buyers, and the crystals are barely poring in. It won't be long before vipermonster seizes control over a soon to be broken game (which I doubt will happen). But I hope you understand why I wrote all of this, and I also hope cedric, or hazel rah gets wind of this, because this is coming from an abandoned account that is now only used to write on forums now. Good day to you, and to any tanker who may come across this. And if you do respond (and this goes for everyone), I hope you respond with utmost respect, because this is how much I love this game, a game that has brought me so much joy (god i'm ranting again) for three years. -
Hello there, this is from TAKEDOWN203. I have one quick question. Why is it not possible to search a clan, and are you going to finish the clan system by making the search clan system more useful by placing available clans in the search clan list. The reason why I ask this, is because I want to be inducted into a clan, but you made clan license over priced, and when you ask to join a clan, no on ever responds back.
