Twins is fine as it is. in my opinion... Look, just use a medium or heavy hull with a paint that protects against Twins, and you'll be almost invincible to it. The best paint for Twins right now at your rank is Roger I think? Get that, then get Rock when you reach Field Marshall. Twins isn't OP.. I don't see any problem with it.
