Here's a solution for you ( It worked for me, when I had faced the same problem ) 1. Forget about cache stuff. 2. Completely delete and destroy everything that is related to your tanki client. 3. Pray to tanki god ( who drops golds in battles ) :ph34r: 4. Delete the install fine, and download the client again, and again and again and again until it works.
