On Sunday, a shooting took place, where a man was killed in his driveway. The killer...happened to be a friend of mine. I've so many conflicting thoughts. I have been friends with this person for about four years and he was a really cool dude to hang out with. Now it appears he's been sentenced to life without parole over drugs. The man hustled him, there was a fight and he shot him. I feel so bad for anyone connected. But...I can't help but feel bad mostly for my friend. He wasn't into all that when I first met him and it sucks he's only 19, about to spend the rest of his life behind bars because of the path he chose. I won't excuse the fact he shot a person. Both of them are at fault for allowing this kind of thing into their lives. It sucks to know my friend killed a man. It sucks to know this man's family will have to make-do without him. It's a lot to think about when I can't even think straight...

People get butt hurt because they dont have enough drugs to take on the buyers, nor the patience to deal with them and they rage. I mean, just find another battle! It's not like you'll lose every battle, nor does K/D matter. K/D doesn't get you ahead, don't get you crystals...it's just there for a lot of people to say; "I'm better than you!" But that is NOT true. People with Shaft can just camp out and never die. They don't contribute much, because there are very few maps Shaft is effective on. Players with Isida Viking can do everything, really. Defend, attack, midfield...and they, too, can get very high K/Ds if they're skilled enough. For me, it's how much you can contribute to a battle, and where you land on the leader board isn't exactly accurate, either. I remember one time in the old clan Complete Control, we had a training on Parma. At least a half hour had gone by, each team only getting 2/7 caps. I was at the very bottom of the leader board because I was taking shots at several enemies, rather than killing them on the spot and getting 10 points, then they respawn with full health. This way, any who came for our flag was weak. The leader thought I was multing and he blew his top so I left. Not even five minutes later the enemy team had won.

I have several questions about these Overdrives. Will higher modification hull's Overdrives be stronger than lower ones? Say a Mammoth M0 and a Mammoth M4 collide with their Overdrives activated. Who dies? Will Titan's shields completely remove damage, or will they knock off some of a turret's damage value? Say a Rail gun shoots through it and it takes off 20 - 25%? How long will the shield last? Will it follow the user? What's its radius? Won't blue domes obstruct player view? Why not give the tanks affected a simple blue shine and a dome stationary where activated? With Viking's over drive, how much of a reload time decrease are we looking at? 10%? Viking Twins users who have been here since last October's rebalance will surely enjoy the old firing rate of Twins. I'm sure Smoky users would also love this. With Hornet's overdrive, is there a limit as to how many walls that can be between you and an enemy to see them? Imagine you and an opponent being on opposite sides of a map, seeing through all walls, beams, bushes and buildings? Will the enemy's tank fade more as more items come between you and them? Will this allow you to see their mines, too, if any? This is pretty much all I got.

The ps3 models with backwards compatability can go several years. I had one for SEVEN.

So, I've lost nearly a month of playing Tanki because I broke the screen on my laptop. My mission chain is long gone, and I try to play without paying....would it be fair for me to buy the 12k cry thing to catch up a bit because I'll have to start over on my mission streak? Like this post if I shouldnt.

Not sure. Maybe save for college funds if you have that much to spend?

You do know if you buy a couple M3s...say Smoky and Viking. That's over 400k crystals. If you got the PAladin kit, you'd be paying a mere 336k which comes with the inferno paint which costs a hefty 500k. You also get a decent triple protection module worth 150k. Garage M3 garage kits become stupidly cheap :3

Well, as of a recent update a month or so back, Micro upgrades were made to add up to the same cost as the next modification of the item you want to upgrade. Say you want Shaft M2. The cost for this turret is 103,000 crystals. This means that if you have Shaft M1 and you do all 10 upgrades, you pay a total of 103,000. So, it is a good idea to Micro upgrade as you will most likely be able to finish then before the next modification unlocks. A 10/10 item will have the same stats as the next modification. Moreover, when you do fully upgrade an item, you get the next modification for free. The price will become a green 0. The only possible draw back I see from this is that you can get a product kit for usually little more than the turret alone.
