I recently reported an hacker in the violation section, the moderators approved my post and have replied with "Player #### has been banned for a MONTH. Reason: Attempt of hacking. Reported to Tech Support for BLOCK" What is the difference? Banned is intended from the forum or the game? And blocked?

Hello, I don't know if here is the best section for asking this but I have not found a best choice. Yesterday I accidentally bought railgun M2 when my intention was to do a micro-upgrade... it is possible to receive back the m1 version and the crystals spent? (obviously half of the total price because there was the 50% discount). Thanks!
