thank you now the game works but the loading still takes forever(in client) so is the problem linked to my very slow internet?

excuse me i downloaded the tanki online client like 3 months ago and i wanted to delete the cache so i asked one of the chat helpers and he/she told me to go to %AppData% on my labtop then delete the tanki online folder. i did that and then a few days later when i re downloaded the game the loading screen literally takes forever, i left it for 3 hours but still didnt load what should i do now? plz help Note: i uninstalled the game and everything related to it and re-downloaded it but still doesnt work
