Your questions for this week's V-LOG

Please bring back the m2/m3 kits back. Its quite pointless having them gone since loads of people already had them before the update. And will there be more kits added in to the game ?

Guide to Playing Effectively in Highland Greetings tankers, welcome to the guide to playing effectively in Highland. This page is guaranteed to increase your general knowledge on the map. Overview Map Gold Boxes Supplies Modes Map: Available at: Gefreiter Death Match: Max players: 16 Team Death Match: Max players: 8 players ( per team ) Capture Points: Max players: 8 players ( per team ) Capture The Flag: Max players: 8 players ( per team ) Highland is adored by many tankers globally. The small size of the map and its large player capacities allow for intense battles. Plants around the map provide decent camouflage while in battle. The strategically placed hiding spots enable you to use them to your advantage. Generally, most tank combos are equally effective in this map based on the way you use them. Gold Boxes: Highland is a perfect map to catch gold boxes if you like catching golds while airborne. As usual, try to use combos which consist of dictator or wasp. Dictator allows for size advantage, and wasp gives you a better chance of getting on other tanks. Always be prepared for gold to drop, have a few of each supplies at hand. Once you are notified that a gold box will drop, try to get on a high surface near the drop zone. If there are many competitors for the gold box at the same area as you, try to get on top of them. This will provide a height advantage. When the gold box is at level with your tank, drive off and take it. If the gold box is on a flat surface with no elevated areas near it: try to use a light or heavy tank combo. If you have a light combo, try to climb onto other tanks to get a better chance of taking it. If you are using a heavy tank combo, try to use its size to your advantage and plant yourself directly onto the drop zone. Another alternative to a heavy tank combo is to push the other tanks by their sides and and attempt to take the gold box. Supplies: Assorted supplies drop in various locations all over Highland. If you are playing DM, try to take supplies that will specifically enhance your tank combo. If you have a light tank with short ranged turret, try to take double armor as it will be a major advantage to your speed. If you have a long ranged turret with heavy hull, try to take double damage as most long ranged turrets do lots of damage but take a while to reload. If you're playing TDM/CP/CTF, try to take supplies that match your playing style. For example if your playing style is defence, try to use double armor as this will decrease the chances of you being killed by an attacker. If you're an attacker ( CTF ) try to get the following supplies: double armor and speed. This will give you a large advantage while taking the flag. It might also help if you have a repair kit too. While playing ( CP ) try to take double damage as this will enable you to kill large clusters of enemy tanks gathered at certain points. ( TDM ) If you're playing TDM, try to get supplies that adapt to your playing style and tank combo. Modes: Capture the Flag: Before you begin playing, think about your position, it can be either attack or defence. If your looking to attack, use a combo with a fast hull ( wasp, hornet ) and try to use short ranged turrets. When attacking, Go around the map and not through the center to keep your health bar full. use double armor and speed to aid you. Try to make sure no defenders are around. When you go for the flag try to get around the side of the map to evade attackers, then once you've made it go ahead and capture the flag. If you're defending, try to use a heavy hull with any turret. Try to stay close to the flag and pick off any attackers in your vicinity. Make sure that there is an isida on your team to heal any defenders that are damaged. Capture Points: When playing CP, try to use a combo with a heavy hull with any turret. When attackers are at a point try to kill as many as you can as this will give you XP and some time to capture that point. Once you capture a point, stay nearby to kill anyone trying to obtain that point. Make sure that there is an isida on your team to heal damaged tanks. Team Death Match: When playing team deathmatch, try to use a heavy hull and minimize your deaths. If everyone on your team has more kills than deaths, you are guaranteed to win. Try to use and long range turret and heavy hull in this game mode. Use the camouflage and hiding spots provided to minimize your deaths. Death Match: When playing deathmatch, try to use heavy hulls with any tank combo. Try to remain in a spot that is less frequented by other tanks. Always try to kill the pre damaged tanks to earn a higher score. If you use supplies, and they have to reload, try to find a hiding spot to pass the time until they reload. This way you will always have supplies that are ready. Thanks tankers for taking the time to read this guide. I hope it will help improve your skill in Highland.
