By doing so you are just making your teammates lose the ability to communicate with each other which might lead your team to lose the battle, It can be fun for you but definitely not fun for others when they lose.
Flooding the chat like that WILL get your account banned from the chat you can check the Game Rules if you are unsure, so I don't recommend doing it. You can always have fun by playing the game and make your team wins ? 

The showcase update hasn't been implemented in the game yet, but it's in the developers plans for the upcoming updates which they gave us an idea about how it will work in the v-log.

There are 2 ways to contact the tech support:

The reason you have Railgun and Gauss MK7 is because you had both equipment M2 full MU before the Modifications update, It was converted from M2-10 to MK7-0. 
To buy MK7 modifications you need to be Marshall as stated in the Wiki.

In the livestream after each round the broadcaster will give you a form, you need to write your nickname in this form (you will find it in the livestream description or in the chat), they usually give you 2 minutes to write it before they close the form. 
After the end of the next round and before they post the new form, they pick randomly few winners among all who wrote their nicknames.
And if you win, the livestream team leader @The.L-E-G-E-N-D will send you the promocode in forum PM within 2 days.
