Right now Gold Boxes have a chance to be a Black Gold Box, but the percentage has not been released.

The Dream Tank means a fully micro-upgraded turret, hull, and protection module of your choice, available at your rank.

It seems like something to do with the Game, particulars have not been announced yet. However, if the paint necessary for you to play part of the Game, chances are it will be available for free. Containers so far, but in my opinion I think there will be another way, soon. ;)
