Hey all i wrote this new topic cause i was really exited for a kit and i finally got crystals for it ( matrix kit ) they say in the wiki that the max rank is warrent officier 4 but when i ranked up warrent officier 4 the kit didn't even shown up 1 time in my garage should i wait a bit or i can't buy it in my rank ? pls an answer .
