MatchMaking is what happens when Communists decide they know better than you do as to how to play the game. I hate this game now, everyone should boycott it. Show them how the Free Market works.

This Match Maker System does one thing, and one thing only, it takes away the freedom of the players who have made Tanki what it is today. Everyone who has spent money on this game should demand a full refund until they put Non-Pro Battles back on the Battlelist, Trash the MatchMaker program and fire the guy who keeps pushing it on the players.

I'm done with this game... You have to keep drugging in this game to stay alive, and everyone's drugging. Drugging should be used less, not more. And the cheaters have figured a way to use them all the time, meaning they can hit a star again, and again, and again. It shouldn't be that way, if the makers of this game have made them like this, then they've opened the gateway to their doom You're killing your game, 'stars' should be earned not bought by players. It's sad what this game has turned into, this game is only showing that the player who has the most drugs wins, not a good way to teach your young players about life. What I regret the most is the time and money I've spent on this game, I have 5 other accounts and have had them for many years. I stayed with this game because I thought it was going to get better, but your game changes show that you are only getting more desperate to hold onto your players. Goodbye Tanki

I've been reading the Russian and German forums on this implementation and they hate it too...obviously. I'd hate to be the dude who made the video for this 'update,' I would suggest to those who run 'Tanki' to keep him away from any new videos anytime soon unless it's to post an apology to all the players for screwing up the game they like to play. I hope the Tanki Management and Developers learn from this screw-up of pushing these crap 'updates' (temporary or not) on the whole system. Use better judgment, first, test it on just 'one or two' servers and test it out on several different ranks of players to see how it works with each group, then after you're done testing and gotten loads of feedback, you implement the parts that are good and scrap the parts that aren't. This is similar to how Coca-Cola and McDonald's and other successful companies test new products and marketing schemes. They test a new product in 'select markets' to see if the customer likes the change before they implement it throughout the whole company. Coca-Cola actually made the same mistake Tanki did when they rolled out with 'New Coke' in the mid to late 80's. Coke pushed this new product on the whole market thinking it would double their sales, instead, it failed, after just a few months of falling sales, Coca-Cola brought back the old formula as 'Coca-Cola Classic' because everyone hated the taste of 'New Coke and wanted the old Coke taste back. Like the Coca-Cola management of the 1980's, the Tanki management and developers have come off as amateurs of business by testing this update on their whole market, I hope they learn from this because if they don't, they'll destroy Tanki.

Your New Matchmaking system does not work, my son just got done fulfilling his missions for the day and I watched him played newbies (recruits), complete rookie players, it was completely unfair play (he's a warrant officer). I told him to take mercy on the newbies and don't kill them because it was clear they didn't belong in the game. Plus, there were warrant officers-3 in this same game; what kind of match making system is this? I'm replying to your new update for my son, I can tell you that this update sucks for these reasons: *You can't check the status of your mission in the game *You can't pick your game - (do your 'devs' miss the USSR? - Do they like taking the freedoms out of your player's hands? - because that is what your new system does - it takes away a player's (user) freedom of play - nobody likes to be dictated into a game) *You can't choose games your friends are playing *The games are unfair (un-Matchmaking) *Nobody likes to wait to play *You can't change servers on the normal screen *Your 'Battle list choice' at the bottom of the Matchmaking system only lets you into Pro-Play If you keep this system, which I would advise you not too, but if you do, make the Battlelist button, a default into the old system. But mark my words, if you do decide to do this, you will find that EVERYONE uses the Battlelist default, because this new system sucks and both my son and I hate it. Lastly, I'll say this, you guys seem to like your jobs and you are doing something that few other people get to do for a living, but if you keep this awful update, you're going to find yourselves out of a job because with updates like this you will be literally driving your users away. Including my son and his friends.
