I have not had a good experience with the matchmaking feature. Wait times are long and inappropriate. One can no longer enter battles with friends, look at a list of battles and choose which ones one desires to enter, which in my opinion only limits choices. Limiting choices and removing some of the social aspects of TO is not a good move. A better idea would be to have the older options for battles side by side with the matchmaking options and let the player decide which technique he/she chooses. It is unlikely that this feature forced upon players will improve TO users or their experience. Thanks for listening to someone who loves TO and only wants a good quality game with as many options for play as possible! :)
