It's really difficult come up with the main reason and who's fault it is because its not one person's fault but a combinations of more things which didn't go right and lead to the disaster, one is the fact that the clue refused to stop during that night as it was a calm night, which made it more difficult to detect icebergs, also not having enough lifeboats, so there's obviously a lot of reasons why it happen. :D

It's not so effective against railgun or smoky, but if your good with medium weapons in small maps i suppose it's worth it, i play railgun usually and twins players are the easiest to destroy.
