I'm surprised people have complains about supplies whilst in 2010-2012 drugs used to last for a whole minute and they could be activated at the same time. So - You have marshals rolling around the battle fully drugged and taking over any battle. When supply system was balanced, I mean they really balanced the supplies out in a good way because at the moment they can be used by your own decision, which supply to activate first, meaning there are more chances to get killed or to get a kill now. I fully understand the people who have been here for a year or so but looking back at my experience, the game-play is honestly really balanced.
