That's exactly what happened, devs released an OP alteration but nerfed it soon after it came out. And they only informed us when someone pointed it out. On my other posts I was rather lazy to share the details but here they are: According to the original wiki description for Incendiary Mix (now updated) this alteration would remove Afterburn but add an extra 50% damage, totaling 1035 if your Firebird is fully upgraded (M3 20/20) I knew it would be OP from the start, just imagine having the same damage output as an Isida but with a shorter reload and the ability to destroy multiple tanks at once. Yet they went ahead and released it as OP as it was. I'd seen many IM users going 33-0 in many battles, even in bigger maps such as Solikamsk. I befriended one such person and seen him finish a battle with 42 kills, 1 death. A few days later this guy told me the alteration was brutally changed, it no longer dealt +50% damage but only +10% now. BUT, here's the thing, they nerfed the alteration, but didn't update EN wiki so it led people to buy it thinking it was super OP when it fact it had been nerfed soon after release. Someone posted here on the forum that he was misled by the false info on EN wiki, and only then EN wiki was updated and then we were informed about the nerf. Shady... I agree they should switch places because matchmaking allows M2's to play against M1's so a Compact Tanks user can face M1s, which is the biggest mismatch in this game. Agree with everything else too.

it was stronger than Compact Tanks when it came out, I faced plenty of them back then. it dealt so much extra damage it was impossible to defeat it. A week later its release it got secretly nerfed.

Compact Fuel Tanks is the only useful alteration for Firebird. it's ridiculously OP to be honest. Incendiary Mix was changed recently so it's no longer strong.

Some alterations have rendered modules completely useless, pisses me off.

I'm tired of mindless Rail players ruining pro battles, they just come in and think they'll wreck everyone, but the opposite usually happens.

Incendiary Mix was the strongest of the new alterations when it came out, but that's no longer the case. I wonder what happened :ph34r:

I have those and find them ugly, you seem surprised that people have diferent tastes, it should be common sense.

Mobile users are obviously at a disadvantage plus they're huge liabilities. I'm not going to subject myself to this miserable experience.

Incendiary Mix eats everything for lunch, including Compact Tanks.

19 days of double funds is going to be epic. Don't know whether to buy alterations or not, afraid they'll get nerfed soon. Great news overall.

Isida by far. Once it latches onto you, there's little chance of surviving. Firebird is far easier to defeat in my experience.

I know it's not a possibility, but some times I think both EN and RU communities would like to be separated from each other (to play on different servers) I see so much bad blood between these groups, it seems pointless to keep us playing together.

I was cooling off a burning teammate with my Freeze but he got scared, pushed my tank against a wall and flipped my poor Hornet over. The average Tanki player is not ready to be helped.

I'm not spending a whole hour to complete ONE mission. Mults love this kind of mission...

If I participate in this event, I'll eventually use more than drugs than a free player like me should, and for what, containers? I already got dozens of those.

I've been playing with/against people who don't turn their turrets way before mobile was out, there must be a reason why these players refuse to rotate their turrets.

Battle list allowed me to find a desirable battle within a minute, MM won't find me a single Rugby battle to complete my mission, utter garbage.

it's pointless to speak with most players during battles, they're either intentional mults, self-aware losers who don't try to improve or selfish asses who refuse to help. if you want to win in this game, you gotta score all the points yourself.
