  1. True. The opposite way has the same effect :) It will reduce the dominant role of overdrives. This is actually the main point. To make it a feature that will add fun to a battle. And I have to admit the opposite way of tweaking by speeding up the charging time but reducing the effects is probably more versatile and enjoyable!
  2. I had the same kind of thing happening to me... luckily I only used about 500 mines when it happened. Start again when risking again an error removing all your mines? Nah... Good luck to everyone :)
  3. You have a point there. I do not think having the same charging time will work. But a slowing down of all -with differences inbetween them to keep it in balance could work right? Like adding 60s to all... So that there would be 1-2 times instead of 2-3 an overdrive ready.

    Thanks for the info :) Taken that a MM match lasts max 7min, this means you can get at least 2 to 3 times a charged overdrive in battle. Again I think it would be more exciting if this would be changed into 1 to 2 times (where getting the second one is dependent on how you fare in battle). Somewhere around 3 min instead of 2?

This makes the game all-to-reliant on it. When the charging of overdrives would be slower (f.i. only 2 times max per battle or maybe even 1?) the effect would be more special. It would improve battles, as it forces you to apply overdrive tactically. I play hornet rail mainly. With the current (fast) recharging it is becoming too easy. I do not know how fast the other overdrives recharge, but if it has a similar speed, I would suggest tweaking the charging time instead of the effects.

I believe opening more in one time gives more chance but only when you get a higher tier early on (because it generates the same tier or higher onwards) My best reward though was when opening 1 container (1000000 cry) from a weekly container: Just pure luck. And this was also in the early stage of containers, when there was no abundance of paints&skins yet...

    I am sorry to hear you are encountering bullies! Some tips: Do not feed them with anger, aggression or the opposite (sadness, shyness etc) as this is what they want: a reaction that fuels their behaviour. Just try to ignore it and feel confident about yourself -I think you do :) Straighten your posture when you encounter them: straight back, chest high and look them in the eyes calmly. You are who you are and you are worth every bit of it! Practice your posture in front of a mirror at home if you find it hard. It really works! Try to stay as calm as possible when you encounter them -even if you do not feel calm at all. Maybe this will be hard and scary in the beginning, but if they do not get any fuelling, the bullying will stop. Just keep your back straight and walk away. And if you have friends in school, ask them to help you with staying calm and ignoring the bullies. always remember: You are just fine as you are! And... you do not have to like everyone or the other way around. Let them dislike you, or just dislike them, know it is not worth it to act upon it.

    Hi. When you click on all the possible rewards of containers, it doesn't show a pictogram of premium days (e.g. 3 days or 10) as a possible reward. Is the picture just missing or is it removed from the pool of possible rewards?

    I too get frustrated when being put in unbalanced battles. But this is not what I mean with perfect imbalance. I see the current MM as something that will be improved. It s such a huge change that it needs time. I too sometimes quit a battle earlier (especially the new TJR and becoming the Juggernaut - I feel like a giant sitting duck lol) but I do not think a matchmaking system is bad on itself. I also sometimes have to compete against Legends only. And sometimes I win sometimes I lose. And yes there are a lot of flaws still. We cope as much as possible and there are a lot of people giving good feedback so my hopes are still high :)

    It's all about finding the perfect imbalance in game-design. You will find a lot of nice explanations on this subject online. In order for a game-design to survive so long it needs to have a dynamic environment. Implementing new modes or options or even a Matchmaking system - all force the community of players to adjust their strategies. This keeps gameplay dynamic. Finding the perfect imbalance is a rather tricky task though, which comes with a lot of effort, fine tuning, tweaking etc etc. The fact that there are a lot of changes in TO the last years, means the company believes the game is worth this effort. And yes, it will FORCE the community to adjust (but what's new in life ;). Sometimes for the better, sometimes the worst. But all in all I find the gameplay exciting because it gives me the feeling of having skill (or not). I am happy TO is putting so much effort in keeping the game dynamic and fun (and therefore also sometimes frustrating)
