I think Freeze has 8 seconds before the cool down. One thing good about Freeze is that it can freeze people so you can avoid their shots. But Freeze also has a short range so you're likely to get killed when you're charging people. For Freeze you need Hornet or Viking although Mammoth works well in small enclosed maps.

How about toss a coin: head is Viking+Thunder+Prodigi and tail is Viking+Freeze+Storm? Personally I prefer you to get Thunder because then you can more advantage in big maps because of the Thunder's range.

But the screen is very small so it's very uncomfortable to play on it even if it was not lagging. :| But it might work with a iPad though.

It's very easy to get a good ratio.

I'll post a screenshot sooner or later so you'll get the idea of how to get high ratings. Oh and dark there are other ways than either hacking or camping epicly.
