    Yes, I'm sure I haven't registered the email address before. I tried numerous times, but after a while gave up. And in the Shop I cannot Report a problem with my purchase, because I haven't registered an email... it prompts me to do so, again. As for the kit, I'm sure I didn't accidentally select the wrong kit because the "Buffalo" kit wasn't even showing as an option for me to buy. Also, if I try to buy the "Keeper" kit again, the Shop gives me a warning saying each kit is only allowed to be purchased once, and duplicate purchases will give you crystals instead. That's why I think this may be a glitch... Perhaps the "Keeper" kit in the Shop is linked to the "Buffalo" kit in the game?

    Bugs and Glitches Reports [Closed]

    Hello, I need some help please on two issues. The first is that when I enter in an email on my account to register and receive the free crystals, I never get the email. I've tried multiple email addresses multiple times, and checked my spam folders, and never received anything. The second issue is that on another one of my account names (Steeler) I bought the "Keeper" kit (titan/smoky) but received the "Buffalo" kit (mammoth/isida) instead. This seems to be a glitch. Can someone look into this for me, or direct me to how I can get help?
