The difference is that 0 is the one where your camera stays in that place and 5 is the normal setting camera

You do the command Shift+Ctrl+K. You press them at the same time. A white screen where there is a type bar will show up. You type vars.set cam_maxmove 0 or 5. 5 is normal camera 0 is the one where the camera stays. To do a selfie, you have to use a mouse. So you do type vars.set cam_maxmove 0 then the camera will stay in one place. Then you use your mouse and hold right click then you turn your mouse to whichever you want to take! :D Hope that will help. :D Doesnt have to be unless you want a specific angle that you, yourself cant take.
