Balance for Hulls. Okay tanki, we need to talk. For a while know I've have noticed that Wasp M2 has more hitpoints then Hornet M2, which makes absolutely no sense. And Viking M2 has more hitpoints then Hunter and Dictator M2, which also makes no sense seeing as they are bigger and slower. And Titan M1-M2 has more hp as Mammoth M1-M2. Thats not all, All the M0 light, medium, and heavy hulls have the same hitpoints, same with M3-M4. Making Wasp, Viking, and Titan the strongest hulls because there faster and stronger at some levels. So I'm here to fix that. Here are my balanced hulls...
