It is a good weapon for mid range support. Good against open area when you have walls near you. be careful of railgun and need a fire protection module is enough to tear enemy apart. Work well in high level if your teammate have good short range combat player to keep enemy from focusing on you. It is true...I have tried it

I own the M1 it is absolutely amazing... The damage that it does to your own tank though is considerable. I believe that it is worth it to get one anyways!
