so when i get 100 stars, i get a container?

With War coming up does it matter if u have more that one tank with the paint? for example, i have 4 accounts; Partyguy1590, Sugarlips2, uwillnotsurvive and thedominator; and soo far sugarlips2 and uwillnotsurvive has the English paint job. can i have the English paint job on all my accounts?
