If you can't move your turret when your the juggernaut then what fixes it for me is to either open your friends list or missions and then close it and you should be able to move your turret :)

Tometimes when I am juggernaut, and I chat right before spawning as the juggernaut,.I am not able to turn my turret until I press enter twice

the problem with claudiu is tanki says that he wont get anything because he curses in his videos :(
