I recently bought Simoom kit on my Facebook account, at the 45% discount, for a couple of reasons, I always use thunder, and I wanted M2 ahead of time, so didn't mind paying more than I wanted, and dictator wasn't my first choice hull but at least it was M2, and the other thing was it offered 25% thunder protection with Kodiak T-D M2 (to lessen the splash damage). Now I have lost M2 thunder protection but still have 25% at M1 and says a free upgrade when I reach the actual rank I need for M2 which is still gonna be 25%, oddly I have been given freeze M2 protection instead. People buy kits because they have carefully weighed up the pros and cons and look for and advantage, and now it seems like my strategy has been wasted.
