Ultra Containers provide only augments for the turret/hull that received a new Ultra skin. As we see here, Gauss is the newest piece of equipment to receive an Ultra skin, therefore, the only augments you can find in Ultra Containers are for that turret. In regular containers, augments are either of a rare (blue) or epic (purple) rarity, however, in Ultra Containers, augments specifically for the one highlighted turret/hull are listed as the higher, Legendary (gold) rarity. Hope this clears your confusion!

It is possible (quite easy, actually) to have some very strong equipment without buying within the game. Personally, I would suggest playing eSports tournaments, as they have quite large amounts of prizes for playing, even if you can't manage to win. You can find tournament information here.

Product Kits for Crystals are definitely possible of popping up in the Showcase feature within the HTML5 and Mobile versions of the game, it is just completely random. If you wait long enough, I assure you, there will eventually be a Product Kit featuring equipment for a Crystal price.

Go to your device's Settings Find the "Apps" settings Find Tanki Online Navigate to "Storage" Choose "Clear Cache" Delete the TO Mobile App Download the app again Here's a visual description of this tutorial:
Regarding the problem with accessing the website, this should be fixed by clicking the "Advanced" button, and pressing a button that says something that "Access the website anyways." This occasionally occurs when you are on cellular data and attempting to access a website.

There is a known issue with the ranks shown on the Wiki for when a Product Kit becomes available, and I believe the Wiki Editors are working towards updating it. The prices are still the same as listed on the Wiki however, so you can use the list as a reference for pricing, just unfortunately not for knowing when new Mk tier kits will be available.

Vulcan, when equipped with the Incendiary Band Augment, is programmed to deal fire damage whenever the yellow, energy consumption bar is fully drained. Because of this, the game, seeing that Vulcan's energy is completely out, starts doing fire damage, regardless of whether the tank is truly on fire or not, allowing this Augment to trick the system, in a way.

Hornet Overdrive makes it so other tanks' Double Armor, Titan domes, effects of Defender drone, spawn immunity, and other methods of protection are fully ignored. This makes the user's turret do full amounts of damage, allowing them to single-shot people with some turrets (such as Railgun) which wouldn't normally one-shot someone due to protective effects.

This is a known issue with the HTML5 version of the game. For now, if you are wanting to change your alteration, please use the Flash client.
This problem should be fixed relatively soon, though.

Playing on the HTML5 client, instead of the browser version, is generally much smoother, as most files (maps, turrets, etc.) are saved in the cache folder, and remembered between each time playing on that version. The browser version, on the other hand, is forced to load these files in your browser each time playing the game, so it is usually slower.
I would suggest using either version; both have their pros and cons, so you can decide which ones you want to face while playing.

Browser version Client version Clearing the cache should fix your problem, and you should be able to play on the HTML5 version.

Both of your questions have simple answers:
1. The Wiki is indicating the first rank that Mk7 kits are available for crystals, not the rank that Mk7 kits are first available (for Tankoins).
2. Kits for crystals are not missing, and it is not a glitch that they rarely appear. Only one slot in the Showcase can be occupied by a kits purchasable with crystals, and even then, it is not guaranteed. This is why it is so infrequent.

The HTML5 client is only in its initial testing phase, so it is subject to many errors and problems. For now, I would suggest you do not use this platform to play the game, as you may encounter much more issues than if you were using the browser HTML5 version, or the Flash client.

The drop time is fully intended; it will not be changed to that of a normal gold box. The drop time was the same for previous April Fools festivities, and it will most likely stay the same for future celebrations of this holiday.

Your fellow Clan Members appear on a different screen of your Friends List. You can invite them from that area, but still not have them added as official friends. In the chat, however, only friends are highlighted in a brighter green color, so your Clan Members will not appear differently from random players (players not in your Friends List). If you have all your Clan Members added into your Friends List, they will all appear in a brighter green color in the chat, making them more noticeable.

You can purchase it again on the Flash client, but it will not give you the rewards listed, but rather 20,000 crystals (as you already received the rewards from the bundle previously). I would suggest not purchasing it again, and wait for another bundle to come out with a different event (There will probably be one that will come with the Women's Day celebrations in early March), or spend your money on the Battle Pass, Premium, or Tankoins.
