Sorry I disagree. The dream tank giveaway should be given to random players who made 800 kills or more, not for the top two players. 1. If only the top two players can win the giveaway, it will be a drug-to-win giveaway, losing the fundamental purpose of 'lucky draw'. The winners will probably win more than one time 2. This is extremely unfair, and will not increase competition. If the players know the top two players will get the dream tank, they will give up because they know it'll be impossible at all. 3. You said 'any noobs / low rank / incurious . can win it even with 801 kills' How do you define noobs? Non-drugging players? Players without good equipment? And also how can you prove the statement? Thank you!
