    huh huh you've obviously not used github before. it highlights every single change before you accept besides it is much more difficult to troll there, because you need to download the git software first, and then learn how to use it, and create pull requests (suggested changes to the code) anyways, i don't care, it was Kirby's idea.

    They could just put up the wiki on github.com and people could make changes and submit it to the wiki mods, and if mods agree, they could accept the changes. but i doubt they will be interested. a lot of successful projects like jquery, python, stockfish chess engine, several code libraries are open source and that is the reason for their success, because anybody can contribute to the project, without changing the original version. only the original author decides which changes are desirable or not. also, not many people will contribute actually, so i don't think trolling is very likely, because it is complicated to deal with so much code.

    so you honestly think nobody left :huh: ? people leaving has no correlation with the bad updates? even when people are quite vocal about their displeasure? nobody said that each event decreased player numbers by 30k+. I Only spoke of the mission update. plus even if 30k players left after each update, new ones come, but don't stick around much hence the downward trend in player numbers. though i never talked about 2015, paint disintegration, removal of battle creation, even if players say 30k+ left after each of these, it does not imply that tanki had over 160k+ players at one time. net outflow = 30k per per year net inflow = 20k per year => large drop in player numbers understand the logic? how a 30k+ player drop with each update (which no single person ever claimed, but you just happened to imagine) is nevertheless consistent with less than 100k players at all times? or were you playing tanki when the teacher was teaching? or maybe you're still in school and a course on logic has never been offered? net inflow occurs despite the bad updates, because people still see this game listed on miniclip, and happen to click on it. they do not know the former glory of this game. and devs know it. they're not fools to give triple rewards for mission chains for so long, trying to hold on to players, so that the existing players don't leave also, i don't see anybody in this thread saying that MM is the reason tanki is dying. somehow your twisted logic makes you think that. people are merely speculating that player numbers will drop further. there is a difference in the 2 statements. get some education if you don't understand the meaning of what people say

    in xp/bp there are rail shots everywhere. its a very successful mode. nobody will force you to play, its only for those who enjoy it

    devs want to prevent legends from fire-wasp, because they're the ones who lose nothing from it, in terms of exp/cry ratio, and they're the ones who do it in organized groups. here are a couple of fire wasp pros: http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/super_matreska/ http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/kubasha/ they rank up very fast. each rank up = 40k crystals i do support the idea, but devs have said in vlog they won't do it.

    there's about 35% chance to get mines or DA, and 62% chance for common container.
  7. I have noted 91 container rewards so far, across all my accounts. The expected value (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expected_value) of a container turns out to be: 1) Roughly 3500 crystals (including 500 crystals in gold, 3000 cash), plus 2) 13 RK, 27 DA, 12 DD, 16 SB, 29 Mines, plus 3) 29% chance of a premium day (but the days come bundled together, 3 or 10) It is clear that devs give much more mines and DA, than DD. Reason could be to starve the rail and magnum users who keep one-shotting people with DD. The crystals and supplies in the expected value calculations assume that you have collected the premium bonus everyday. The results could be biased upward, because today I got 25k crystals in one account, and 5 gold boxes in another, actual crystal value could turn out to be a bit lower. I will see if these probabilities stabilize over time
  8. even if we set up a website to where players contribute data, there is a high likelihood of some people posting false rewards there, which will mess up the probabilities. this kind of stuff is best done individually. maintain a spreadsheet of your container openings and wait for enough data to make inferences.

    they've said this multiple times before in the vlog - they do not consider forum replies to be representative of the feelings of all players in tanki. no wonder they keep losing players. yes, thats quite obvious. if you don't like it, you had non-pro battles to do your missions. let us do missions how we like them, and you do yours how you like them. those of us who like to do it in pro-battles were doing missions there, because it saves time. a lot of times i din't have much time to play tanki in weekdays, so doing missions on pro helped me keep up my mission chain. after the mission update came, i couldn't maintain my chain, so i quit playing until this new unbreakable chain update came. i agree with everyone in this thread who says patch update 451 was the worst tanki has seen - moving missions to non-pro battles. that alone cost tanki 30k-40k players in the 2 months following it. some of them took time to quit, because they were hoping tanki would reverse it, but when it became clear that the update was here to stay, people did leave. some irreparable damage has been done by the devs thoughtless updates. they could have reduced mission rewards by 20% if they were completed in pro battles, but they went straight to 100%, and that has been the downfall.

    twins is best, with the plasma core accelerator alteration, which you can buy for 25k on tanki birthday. thunder won't remain very effective beyond brigadier, because of protections, but twins will remain OP. twins will beat both thunder and smoky in 1 vs 1.
