The problem with Vulcan is that it's too easily countered by most turrets. Smoky, Thunder and Railgun can just play hide & seek and take pot shots behind cover while taking little or no damage in return. Freeze, Fire and Isida will just circle around and kill you from behind.

Hate to burst your bubble, but most people don't have the time or money to MU 10/10 directly on the same rank they get the kit. By the time you hit 10/10 you're already several ranks levelled up (meaning the advantage of the kit is already gone), depending on how much you play. Of course someone is going to get overpowered if they get a M1 Smoky at First Sergeant and then spend weeks not levelling up, but MU'ing it up to M2. You know what else is overpowered? Pressing a key to change your M1 turret's damage into M3 damage. There's some reality for you.

Tank kits aren't the only microtransactions that exist in the game. Go look at the shop and see how many money sinks there are. Most of their income comes from buying crystals. Drug kits being removed will hardly make a dent, but significantly improve gameplay.

Because they want a specific combo at discount and use their favorite turret as early as possible. tank kits exist to save crystals and plan long-term. It's not gamebreaking like drugging non-stop is.

Buying a tank kit has significantly less of an impact than drugging does.

You said without drug kits Tanki can't make money. I pointed out there are plenty of other ways they're making money.

I think this is a very important and understated point. I too can drug and easily dominate battles, but I choose not to because I have integrity. I want to win with just my tank and my skills VS your tank and your skills, no artificial invincibility or godmode by press of a button. Unfortunately even most non-druggers eventually cave in and drug themselves in order to keep up, thus an endless cycle. I suggest just playing Pro Battles, that's where all the fun and intense matches are. I only do MM quickly for daily rewards and then leave, because I refuse to be a punching bag for some drugging Ricochet who can't even turn his turret.

Because it ruins the gameplay? Instead of skills, MM games are decided by who drugs the most. Also everything that FogOfWar_XXX said.

Tank kits, modules, paintings, drones, crystal packages? There are more than enough microtransactions, especially for an old game that isn't being worked on much. If they want more money, they should focus on making the game better to attract more players, thus more potential buyers. Instead of driving away players with ******ed changes.

Drugging is literally Pay2Win (using daddy's credit card to buy drug kits) and Press2Win (no skill required). I'll never understand the mentality of those defending it.

Good thing I only play Pro battles then. Only encounter druggers when doing MM for dailies.
