Most of the props used in those maps were once in the game, from m point of view. They were used in the 2 maps Crash and Gallery that were present in the map list of main servers for several years.

First because of the point that they have built up a system of rank and crystal that requires the player to spend enormous amount of time in game, we tend to experience similar scenes of gameplay too often or even constantly. So, they should be bringing more diversity in gameplay by introducing new areas / landscapes in which we would be driving. There are already creative tools and textures needed for designing creative maps, but the developers only like to use them for making very little change to existing maps. They don't do it for vague reasons. such as : 'we don't want too much maps on the list.' 'it has to be simple.' or 'we have to make many tests to be sure that there would not be any bug on the new map' (For example, last year they reversed their plan to introduce a map for lower ranks only, because of unfixed bugs)
