what is the best M3 kit for the price and for early ranks!? IM great with all turrets and hulls IM thinking paladin is the best, not sure tho

What should I save up for? 1. MUing my railgun or a particular turret? 2. Buying an m3 kit? 3. Buying a particular alteration (like large caliber for rail or the one for fire)?
