Hello, This is the owner of the account Prophecy. Recently I was blocked for 2.1.8 . I checked it out and read it multiple times. I did not do anything that it has said, and when I ask tankionline help support to provide me with screenshots, or other forms of proof that i did this act, they do not send it. They also say that the account can not be returned for this is an unforgivable act. But, I did not do this, so that is why it is making me even more angry than I already am. I sent them applications for account return, proof that I am the account holder by sending them screenshots of the last purchase. I believe that tanki is misunderstanding the situation, and hopefully this will not happen with other players that are innocent like I am, I am requesting you guys to reconsider and recheck your sources and see that I am truly innocent. I have been playing this game for 8 years and have had made 3 accounts so far. It is a very fun game, but if people like me who are innocent have such cruel punishments, then I dont think that the game deserves this much love from me. There are people out there everyday that are hacking, breaking the rules every single day, yet they do not face the consequences when innocents are.
