Striker - because more than once I ran into the 'non-locking' Striker hack that fires all missiles after the beam has touched me for just a micro-second and then all hell breaks loose.

Everything you just said - my point exactly. Those who already paid to maximize their equipment can never be compensated with the impact this kind of downgrade has.

If this is the case, everyone below 50% should be adjusted -20% as well (i.e 35% protection is now reduced to 28%, 15% protection reduced to 12%, 10% protection reduced to 8%, etc.)
