I'll tell you that I still am a noob, but this back when I was a SUPER noob, back in 2017 when I played with a different account. 1. Didn't use mouse controls (Seriously, how do people do better with regular controls than mouse controls? Maybe it's because of the other games that I play/played, but still!) 2. Thought Thunder shot electricity. 3. Everytime I got killed by a Magnum I thought it was a cannon that was a non-playable stationary weapon and can be activated by a person. The activator is classified as the one who killed the tank the cannon killed. 4. Hated Shafts. Now it's my favorite turret. 5. Thought Firebird and Freeze were the coolest turrets in the game. Now they are the bane of my existence. 6. Thought paints protected you certain weapons (As far as I know this is no longer the case today) 7. Thought Mammoth was the ugliest hull in the game due to its front-mounted turret. Now it's my favorite hull in terms of looks in the game, because of its front-mounted turret (Back then front-mounted turrets looked weird to me, now I think rear-mounted turrets look bad) 8. Played Vulcan. 9. Thought you get all of the battle fund. 10. Hated Isida. Now it's my second favorite turret.

I was playing Mammoth-Shaft and all was going well, until all other tanks in the game stopped moving. Those who were turning their turrets spun their turrets in the direction they were turning them. I thought that the connection to servers were compromised, so I pressed z and went to exit the battle (I play with mouse controls) before I was forced to re-enter the game, but before I could everything went back to normal... or so I thought. When I shot an enemy with a full power shot, nothing happened. I shot more full powered shots into different enemies, and all did no damage. I ended up being the worst player on the team because I only got 2 kills when I should have got a lot more. What just happened?

What I forgot to mention in what I originally said was that the Match-Maker needs to be improved. I read the entire wiki page on the Match-Maker but the only thing that says how it groups players up is by rank and "other factors" (Whatever those are, somebody please tell me). But then again, some players who are cruel enough make new accounts, or just gain skill very fast. So my solution is that the Match-Makers tracks the IP Address of the player and sees how much time they have spent in battles. For example, players with 8 hours of experience should only encounter players with 7-9 hours of experience. This would also eliminate the need for casual mode entirely.

Battle list is not available for players below Warrant Officer, forcing new players into battles where their team is disadvantaged. Also, Vulcan sucks for the following reasons: 1. Easy to killsteal 2. Overheat is annoying af 3. Requires a coordinated team, but coordinating a team is like walking on water: you have to be Jesus to be able to do it. 4. Warrant Officer rank is needed as you need to select maps where you are advantaged. I jumped into this game thinking it would a fun and simple game about tanks enjoyed by casual (Like me) and hardcore gamers alike. Well, it can be enjoyed only by hardcore gamers. So, I suggest either go right up frootnt and tell me that you do not want my kind here, or add a bot mode where me and other casuals can go play with bots at our skill level or each other. The problem with this is that sadistic unicums will make new accounts on casual mode and terrorize the casuals.

Many items that can be bought by crystals are overpriced for what they over (Drones, kits, upgrades, you name it). I suggest make the costs half of their original cost or increase the crystal gain. Don't do both.
