Well, I play TO with mouse controls, and I personally don't have any problems with the camera, so I'm deeply sorry if my own opinion hurt you in any way.

The new version isn't bad. Are you aware of how may bugs are gone in the new version? The infinite lodaing bug is gone. The critical error is gone. And it isn't just about the fixed bugs, which you have begged Tanki to fix. You can now also browse your paints easier. You no longer have to scroll trough 200 paints to find the paint you want. You can even mark your favourites. You can now immediatelly see all the stats of the selected hull, turret, drone, etc. And you can see your equiped turret and hull right away from the starting screen. Note that the HTML5 version will become even faster that it is now. One last thing: don't say "we want the old version" because there are many, MANY players who like the new version. If you dislike the new version, that's YOUR opinion, not OUR opinion.

Amazing! I'm looking forward to it!

Today I opened 1 container and I got the Golden Gears animated paints.

Very interesting. About the modifications update, this seems to be a really good decision. This could possibly solve the problem of rankink up too fast while not acquiring enough competent equipment. And, as mentoined in the V-LOG, the choices like "Firebird M1 or Freeze M2". None of our equipment will become wekaer, which is good to know :) But, well, it seems that we will have to wait until the official announcement to get a good look at the update. The Viking Thunder Prime skins look really fantastic. I absolutely love the recoil animations, dust etc. Hopefully it won't cost much Tankoins, taking into consideration that it'll be offered on Black Friday :3 About the new... thing. I'm still trying to figure out what it is, most likely a drone, but a very different form the current ones. We can see a jet exhaust thingy on the back, and some sort of eye on the front. I believe that it's most likely going to be offensive. Who knows, maybe is a "something" that charges at the enemy to attack it. Bcuase what else could be the use of a jet exhaust other than chraging and achieveing high speeds? Overall, thank you very much for this V-LOG, we all appreciate it! :) Most likely. Altough they quite possibly won't be very visually different, we'll still be able to see the modification level by pressing "V" or "Z" ;)

So, we'll get to see the new Thunder and Viking Prime skins, which could possibily come along with some other info about the new skins, like which'll be next. In a recent V-LOG it was said that something will be done to modifications. Hazel is the lead developer of TO, which means we'll get a lotta sweeet info :3 o me, secret materials sounds more like "unused materials". Basically, materials that were meant to be implemented into the game, but were cut for certain reasons. On that monitor we can see what I believe to be some drones with the new graphics, but also some "cut" drones. We can also see something red and grey on the second monitor, and possibly a bottom of a tree. Might be something for the New Year celebrations, I dunno. Let's wait and see :)

The devs said that the planned mode is going to be a team mode, so that's probably not Halloween SJR.

OwO Hazel-sama, you're so kawaii Also, did you see the anime girl at 3:13? Idk if it's an anime gril, but still :3

You're actually likely to get an XT from a turret or hull that you have currently equiped, according to some of my friends. One of them had Railgun and Hornet and got Hornet XT, while my other friend had Titan and Magnum equiped and got Magnum XT.

We've already been told that the new tank models will use a different wrapping system which will make the paints look better on tanks. It looks like we'll have to wait until then :/ I'm pretty sure that this week's V-LOG will contain some info about the Siege gamemode, since the devs said it'd be released for the Halloween celebrations. Some things about thew new tank models, for sure. Wee woo :-)

Ah yes, there's something I'd like to dicuss with you. You surely know about the new upcoming graphics, which I'll be calling "Moder graphics". They, for sure, look a lot better than the current graphics, to which I will refer as "Cadny graphics". There is a lot of people who want better graphics for TO and have been waiting for this update since forever. But there is also many people who prefer Cadny graphics. I'm not saying that that Modern graphics would be unfitting for TO, but imagine if, for example, Team Fortress 2 got a major graphics overhaul. They would be very unfitting for the game and it would lose it's original feel. It's not like the same thing will happen to TO, but many people would feel like that did happen. So, I wonder, what soultion would you propose for this? My solution would be an option in the Settings menu called "Lesser Graphics". Basically, when you would turn on this option, you wouldn't see Modern graphics but a rather "lesser" or "weaker" version of them. For example, Candy graphics but with greater, more detailed textures and a few more polygons. If you wouldn't have this option turned on, you'd see normal, Modern graphics. What is your opinion? I'm eagerly awaiting your answer. :-)

I'm glad we understand each other ^_^ I have also swicthed to the HTML5 version some time ago. I can't return to Flash not becuase of the errors and bugs (maybe partially), but becuase of the new mouse control mechanics. In the HTML5 version inertia was removed from the mouse control mechanics, but it still exists in the Flash version. And it felt really weird when I "came back" to Flash. I agree that players should migrate to the HTML5 version, for the same reasons you mentoined, dazzling performance and stability and glitchless and bugless performance. I also believe that the interface will eventually get improved. We've already seen a few interface updates for the HTML5. I've also read on the forum that new "interface skins" will be released over time which will be buyable for real money. But that's only reskins. The main reason some people prefer the Flash interface over HTML5's is becuase of it's skin, but also because of it's accessibility. In the Flash version I can enter my Garage, and straight from it I could access my Friends menu, but also my Missions and Options menu. I could also check the Shop. And I could do all that from the Battles menu.Long story short, you had access to almost everything from almost everywhere. And in the HTML5 version all menus are completely separated and it's very... unaccessible. Except for Chat, of course. But I believe that the TO team will create a different version of the interface, which will be sort of like Flash's. But it most certainly shouldn't and won't be "buyable for real money", but rather be an option in the Options menu. I know that this would take a lot of work, but it'll for sure get added, sooner or later. As I said, Im open for discussions. :)

So did I, but wouldn't that be unfair for Flash players? Many people prefer Flash over HTML5, mainly becuase of the interface. Adding Ares to the Flash version would be very toguh, becuase they'd have to make it from scratch. Besides, making such a hull would be very difficult in the Flash version, while it's much easier in the HTML5 becuase it is a lot more flexible and has an advanced game engine, which is the main reason why Ares was created in the HTML5 version. I'm open to discuss anything with you.

The Ares hull is built on the new HTML5 mechanics, and it most likely won't make it to Flash. Which means there's quite some time left.

Happened to me with Freeze too. I agree that this bug should be fixed as soon as possible.

So far we know it's called "Siege", it will be a team mode, and it will be released for Halloween. I'm pretty sure that the teams will have different roles, lke Assault. What does siege mean, some may wonder? Here you go: the act or process of surrounding and attacking a fortified place in such a way as to isolate it from help and supplies, for the purpose of lessening the resistance of the defenders and thereby making capture possible. Now, I'm unsure if one team will have to cut the other team from something, but I believe there will be "something" that the first team has to capture. Perhaps some sort of a point inside the enemy's base (or fortification?) or maybe the enemy base itself (or fortification, again?) ?

"Restored models of Striker and Magnum rounds" - What'll this be, hmm? "Many changes of images and buttons location" - That sounds cool as well.
-
This is absolutely fantastic! Thank you very much!
-
New interface themes will be added and will be buyable for real money. But I'm pretty sure they will be available for Tankoins and in Containers as well. More languages will be added after the official release. Turning off the rardar will most likely be added. About the inetrface, explained above. The graphics will surely be improved and look way better than the Flash version. And shadows. Loading screens, they probably will change with different interface themes. All I know.
-
I'm pretty sure that's already planned for the HTML5 version, but it won't be coming in the near future. Solid turrets, I mean.
-
Much faster than in the Flash version. If these updates were released for the flash version, they would take much, much, longer.
-
I think that means "Bio-Force Gun". Or maybe it's something like the "BFG 9000" from DOOM.
-
"The hull's Overdrive will be a "BFG", as stated by the developers, and apparently this Overdrive will also heal other players." Sound neat.
-
I tried playing, but the mouse controls didn't work for me (Mozilla Firefox). The option was enabled. I guess they haven't implemented them yet. Btw, will you let us test the new hull soon? In a recent live Hazel said that Ares will be released in the new HTML5. So give us a test drive already >:-(
-
Has anyone caught any info about Ares in the last livestream? The only thing I got was that the hull will get released with the HTML5 version, because it's built on the HTML5 engine.
