When I was playing today, my rating and ratio dropped rapidly for no reason. When I looked at the Hall of Fame, I accumulated more than 2000 losses than when I had previously checked it.

I took this image earlier before today. My rating dropped down from 16,695 to about 21,000. My losses were previously 4,900 and it has risen to around 7,600 now.
Could someone help me in this situation?
EDIT: My rating has dropped down to around 39,500 and I have accumulated around 29,800 losses. This is making me look like a really bad WO2......
