The only real thing that needs to be improved about Tanki maps is the ability to choose them when playing.

Bring back the ability to choose maps. That system was superior and resulted in fewer lop-sided battles, and the wait times were not awful. The current system exacerbated whatever problems the old system supposedly had.

This may have already been explained, but why can we no longer choose the map in which we wan to play? I first began playing over two years ago and players could choose whichever map they wanted, and it was great. I developed my tank load out around my favorite maps. I logged back in after a long time away, and find we can't choose maps! I've seen people say Tanki needs 20x more players to speed matchmaking for those rounds, or that matchmaking was too slow or lop-sided or whatever. But honestly those wait times were never a big issue. I don't remember them taking too long, especially with the good maps. Also, lop-sided games were never a huge issue either. If there was a lop-sided one, it was easy to change your map. But no longer. With the new randomized maps, all of these supposed "problems" were made worse. I can't even get a positive KD ratio with my tank anymore because the maps are now dominated by little fire, ice, or energy-sapping tanks. Every battle I've been in for the past several months has been lop-sided. And the wait times are matching what they used to be. Why can we no longer choose maps, for real? What is the issue? And can we bring it back? Thanks.
