Ya, the games in the older version of tanki use to be much longer and have massive battle funds.

This is before the multiplication of crystals, so this reward would be ten times what it is in the pic. People who played in the old tank know about the ridiculously long games people played; I've seen even larger rewards than this.

So your pic is defiantly not the biggest reward of all time; if only you saw how long games use to be on tanki. I saw some FFAs where the top player would have over 3000 or 4000 kills.

The lag problems could probably be fixed either by changing the format of the hall of fame, or by just showing you your own personal stats instead of everyone's.

As many of you may know, years back there use to be something in tanki called the hall of fame, which would rank every player on tanki. It was removed for some unknown reason (maybe technical issues), but the rating system is still in place. I personally would love to have the hall of fame returned though, as I'm sure many people would like to see the tanki rankings and the criteria used to rate tank players (D/L ratio, crystals collected, exp). If the hall of fame is no longer technically feasible because of the sheer number of tank players now, or for any other reason, then I would be in support of allowing each player to see their personal rating criteria (D/L ratio, crystals collected, exp). Share your opinions regarding this here, and hopefully many people will support this idea. Edit:I posted this idea on the tanki feedback site, so give it a thumbs up there if you like the idea.

Twins is the dumbest and most annoying weapon.

Everyone is angry because they can no longer have the best hulls and turrets, yet they completely ignore the benefits of the update. People buy crystals to be the best, and so they can show off their nifty m3's. I bought crystals, and I recognize why I did it. But now people can't have all the best stuff at a low rank simply because they paid money, when really they could have been unskilled players. This update brings a new emphasis on skill, and a motivation to rank up. The buyers can no longer dominate the people who don't pay since buyers at low levels can no longer purchase the best stuff, and people who are already at the top ranks presumably could acquired tons of crystals without having payed real money. Before, once you got to 3rd lieutenant, half the people you would play with would have some of the best stuff, and it was extremely difficult to be successful without buying. Now, people who spent many hours ranking up to marshall get a reward (they can buy things others can't), and there is a new level of challenge to the game both in the increased emphasis on skill, and in the increase in prices (harder to get everything m3). And while people at lower ranks can't just spend money and 'win' the game anymore, they now have a wider range of choice for both guns and hulls at least. So for the people stuck at around my rank where you can't buy much but may have tons of crystals, there is a new motivation to play, acquire skills and learn tactics, and rank up instead of just playing for the sake of showing off your stuff (and of course blowing tanks up with awesome guns, but that hasn't changed). And in response to the people claiming that the purpose of this update is to increase tanki's profits, thats irrational since this update incentives players to actually play, and one can't just buy crystals to be the best. I defiantly support this update, and I'm sure I'll eventually find something to do with my extra 43000 crystals in the bank :)

Why is everyone being so condescending towards handy2110? He asked a simple question, and there is no evidence showing that he didn't read the rules. He may speak fluent russian for all you know and have the credentials to be a tester. Plus, I find the way FederalBureauFBI, who is a tanki staff member, responded to this topic completely inappropriate considering his position in tanki.

I feel very strongly that Snyper22 is a annoying, begrudged, and insolent tanki player, and he is flooding the forums with rants and insults. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to the lunatic. But maybe, with the support of this topic from all the other tanki men, Snyper22 will realize that he is not 100 percent perfect, and change his insolent ways. So everyone who stands by me, let your voices be heard, and direct all the rants which have been directed towards us back to him, if the topic isn't locked before then. And do not be afraid to quote his ludicrous statements, which can be found in all his posts including "A formal protest to Rico m3".
