In a future update, the downloadable client should have the option to customize controls, which should solve this problem.

We are working on it. It just happens that such a problem isn't solved overnight. There's a lot more work involved in it than you can imagine. And if we had to stop all development to just focus on that problem, the game would stagnate.

For now there are no plans to add new XTs. Devs are focusing on the new turrets, clan system and matchmaking. I've just checked my garage and they're on sale. Do you have a screenshot please, so I can pass it on to the devs? Maybe there's some kind of bug.

Now, if you’re in a battle and get thrown out due to a critical error, all you need to do is press the F5 key. This will refresh the client and return you to your battle without losing any of your progress. IMPORTANT: You must re-download the client to get this feature. Make sure you download the latest version from the Tanki Online official website at http://tankionline.com/en/

Nobody has stolen anything from you. The devs have the responsibility of improving the game and keeping it fun, and that's the basis for this decision. Yes they changed the parameters of your equipment, but they did it within the bigger picture of balancing it out with the rest of the game. You can't hope to see the whole scope of these changes with just a couple of hours of gameplay. And while many don't understand this, at least some are starting to get it.

If it's just a 1hr block, please don't worry about it, it will not affect your karma. I know it's a pain, and for that I apologize (even though I was not involved in the incident), but please rest assured that a 1hr block is not gonna hurt your karma. If any of you have received a 1 day block, don't worry, we'll leave a note in your karma saying that it was accidental and unjustified. I've got someone compiling a list right now, and I'll be passing it on to the German Community Manager to handle it as soon as possible.

What I'm saying is that it's gonna take time for you to get a feel for how it all fits together. Right now you're focusing on your own equipment only, but in time you'll understand how all of the changes work together, rather than just seeing it from one or two perspectives. Mind you, I'm not blaming you for this. It's gonna take time for it all to make sense.
