    I was also facing this issue. I clear my client cache and now my game is not loading. I have also posted my question with title " Cannot reload resources ".

    Yesterday, my client was lagging so badly and I cleared the cache. After that, the game was not reloading and shows " Cannot reload resources ResourceBatchLoadException ResourceLoadException : id : 500254565 " I got this both on client and chrome. What should I do ?

    My account " NAJEEBMASTER " was stolen a week ago by a hacker. The Tanki Online Support Team recovered my account but the problem is that the hacker used all my tankoines. I was having 1940 tankoines and 40 gold boxes. He used my one chance to change nickname for free. I leave this matter. He also used my crystals, supplies and few rubies but, they can be again generated easily. I talked to tanki about my tankoines but they said that they were used on my account. I want to ask that, at that time, I, the owner, was not operating the account, someone else used my tankoines and I wanted them to be spend on the other way. Is there any way to get my stolen currency ( used my the hacker against my will ) back ? As you know that collecting 1940 tankoines and having 40 gold boxes without buying is a struggling game.

    I have received my account but my 1940 Tankoins were 0 , 160k+ crystals were 4623 , 40 gold boxes were 0 and 894 rubies were 834 ?? And an option to change nickname for free once was also gone, Why ??? I need my tankoins, crystals, rubies, gold boxes and chance to change nickname once back.
