Works fine for me now if you still cant open garage try to change the language into RU/DE/PL and it should work then

If you bought the Tanki fund bundle which did cost 990 tankoins you should have got your rewards.
If you actually bought that 990 tk bundle (which had some supplies inside of it) and you still havent get your rewards send a message to Tech Support

Then you probably didnt have enough tubes to get the Helios augment from the Loss of Control event. I would suggest you to check the website again and see the number of tubes you had and if you had the needed number of tubes for the augment then send a message to tech support.

If you bought the bundle the last within days you will continue receiving daily tankoins for one more month and for the last remaining days from the last one so when you log on it should saw you a number of like 0/60 depends when you bought it if you don't see extra days on its side contact tech support as Spy mentioned before 

1. Depends the rank you have to wait a period of time for your nickname to be available and in the same time i think you should not log on the account for the nickname to be avaiable. If your account is Warrant officer 1 you should wait 110 days which is 3 and half months for it. (you can check the list for all ranks here https://en.tankiwiki.com/Nicknames?attempt=1) 
2. You would be able to change the name for free at new account but at the old account the name is gonna be different like r_trashacc1 like you did mention before if you have linked your email with TO you can contact TO support for a nick change after i think at the old account. (im not 100% sure about it by the way)
