Sacrifice's post in Inconsistency that makes no sense was marked as the answer
Hello!
Cool downs are activated in garage to avoid sabotage. If someone is unhappy by their equipement choice, they would have to wait at least a minute before changing again. During the time a player spends changing in garage (say 5 to 15 seconds depending upon your internet connection) your team is at a loss of one player where the enemy team progresses by 7v8 and the battle stops for no one. In such a case, if someone decided to change equipement after every 10 seconds because they can't choose a comno to stick with, your team is at a huge disadvantage. That is why the cool downs are there. If someone has to change, they can do so but the feature wont be abused.
Also considering how this wasnt even an option back in 2014, cool downs seem reasonable. Back in my day, if you had to change, you were required to leave the battle.

Sacrifice's post in Rename/Name Change was marked as the answer
It was supposed to cost just as much as the rename pass per a VLOG announcement, if I recall properly. Anyways, you can always get up-to-date information about this from the tech support. It is a more reliable option.

Sacrifice's post in Buying was marked as the answer
Hello!
There are ways to buy for someone without account sharing BUT they can also get you in to trouble. Therefore, we recommend you to not trust any such sources. The player using such sources will be responsible for their account being blocked. Such sources can malfunction leading to a security threat or implying/triggering the alternativa company in to thinking that you misused the payment system. Better to avoid them altogether. No one comes to buy someone in-game advantages out of purity of ones heart. We have charity for that. Many players get their account hacked/blocked like this - I have been a victim of such unfortunate tactics myself in the past and so have many of my friends.
As far as your question is concerned: No, it is not allowed.
Thank you for understanding.

Sacrifice's post in Does this clan go against game rules? was marked as the answer
Hello,
For all we know is that blm could stand for anything, but yes, the most commonly presumed full form is 'Black Lives Matter'. Certain actions fall on the border line of 'can allow this because it is not hurting anyone's or any persons sentiments, while at the same time quite minute or microscopic of a violation to be dealt with' and 'wow that thing needs to be banned/removed asap'. Being a forum moderator, I refuse to argue for a battle mod or tech supports decisions. If you think any 'game-related' activity needs to be re-checked or dealt with, please contact either tech support or report it to a battle moderator. Most violations are unique and the actions that need to be taken against them are mostly 'improvised' on spot by concrete evidence and constructive discussions among the experienced members of that helpers group. Even we forum moderators discuss stuff among ourselves before taking an action. Regardless to say, in-game violations are not our expertise, though we can guide you on how to 'generally' deal with those issues. Your concern is something of a relatively flammable nature and we can not speak or assign verdicts on behalf of other helper groups.
However, any discussions related to politics or campaign should be avoided, and for good reasons. Matter can escalate pretty quickly when sentiments and realism get involved, so I see where you are coming from. Please forward this to tech support and avoid any political discussions whatsoever, no matter how minute.

Sacrifice's post in How? was marked as the answer
Hello!
There is a way by which tankoins can be given to a player without password or account sharing. I have little to no further information regarding it but do note that even that method could have your account blocked for fraud. Usually these are just scams intended to manipulate a user into giving their accounts. Staying clear of such people is the wise thing to do.
No matter how tankoins are given (even witbout passwords) it involves the person giving them to spend real money. Nobody would spend such a great amount on anyone without a malicious intent. Please stay safe and report such players to moderators immidiately.

Sacrifice's post in How can I check the date of the day I created my account? was marked as the answer
The date at which the account was created is extremely confidential. The recovery process of a stolen account involves the user to tell the approximate date at which the account was created. It is done for security issues. There is no other way to know when an account was created. The player himself should know the date and if he does not remember the exact date, no worries, an approximation works too. Such information will not and can not be revealed to players.
However, you can find out the date at which your account was registered on the forum. It can be seen here:

Please contact tech support using this form for such issues or create a ticket on Help Site (click here if you are not sure how to). Your question is a bit complicated and its nearly impossible for anyone without a sound knowledge of tech stuff to be able to help you. As far as I have been brought to attention, the matter has been addressed via PM too.
Also, please refrain from publicly copy pasting any codes from your client especially when you are not sure what they mean. Many posts over here had to be edited to censor IP address of the users. Such information leaked on public forums could be used against you in any criminal or illegal activity by anyone and for that reason it should not be disclosed. We are aware of "Local IPs" and stuff, but the matter should as a whole be avoided. For someone who does not understand the difference between local IP, he/she might end up making a mistake that compromises their privacy. Please be careful.

Sacrifice's post in Hey was marked as the answer
Hello!
As far as questions one and 2 are concerned; If you are facing these problems while playong on flash, then they are bound to happen since flash will be discontinued soon. There is nothing you can do about it except to switch to HTML5 version of the game.
If you are facing these problems on HTML5, then the possible solutions are:
1. Clear client cache. (Click here for more info)
2. Refresh/restart/re-install client.
Hopefully these issues will be reaolved by the developers in the future.
For question number three, there is a new update in the game called 'Spawn Protection'. A tank that has just spawned again will be immune to all sorts of damage (turrets as well as wasp OD) with exception to an opponent with Hornet OD, for 1 to 2 seconds. After 1 to 2 seconds of them being spawned, you can deal them damage. However, during those 1 to 2 seconds of immunity, they can attack you and deal you damage, but you will be powerless infront of them.
Question number four is quite unclear. Please elaborate?
Update: Here is the answer to you fourth question:

Sacrifice's post in I want to talk about my one of my worst mistakes. was marked as the answer
Hello!
The game imposes a zero tolerance policy for such severe rule / EULA violations. When you registered an account, you agreed to these terms and when the user (in this case you) fails to fulfill them, the company posesses complete right to impose restrictions on the account. Regardless of how much money has been invested in to the account, since you violated the rules the account will remain banned/blocked.

Sacrifice's post in Recent Profile Visitors was marked as the answer
As mentioned above, it is only enabled for 'staff' which includes: All administration groups and eSports Team Leader*.
- They can enable/disable it by choice.
- Certain users may have it enabled by mistake, however, we take care of that when we notice it.
* Team Leaders used to have such permissions but it has been a few weeks since the changes have been made to exclude this group from access to such permissions. However, their job is still complicated and admin-like.

Sacrifice's post in no progress was marked as the answer
Hello!
Unfortunately, the special mission for assault mode is NOT recording progress for Assault Mode battles. However, if you play and win in "Siege Mode" battles, the progress is recorded.
So, instead of playing in assault mode, you should play in "siege Mode".
For more information, see this: Click Here.
We will keep you updated regarding the matter in the above hyperlinked topic and we are extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused by this visual bug.

Hello!
The HTML5 requires 'Java Script' to run but not 'Java'.

as for on a browser you need Javascript, Java isn't required.

Sacrifice's post in presskit permissions was marked as the answer
Q: Can I produce and sell souvenirs (T-shirts, figures, etc.) based on AlternativaGames?
A: The company does not object to the production of souvenirs for personal use for non-commercial purposes. Tanki Online LLC does not allow to produce products for commercial purposes without concluding a special license agreement. To ensure high quality products under the AlternativaGames brand, all of it is created only under a license, and the manufacturer passes certain checks before concluding a license agreement.

Sacrifice's post in Rarity of Items From Containers was marked as the answer
No, there is no difference and you will most likely recieve the same advantage whether you open containers one by one, or 5 at once etc.
But personally I like opening 5 containers at once. It doesn't put me at any advantage though.

Hello!
This is a visual bug in which it seems as if the crystals are not awarded at the end of the battle, but the due crystals are automatically credited to the account.
If you still think you haven't recieved those crystals, please let us know whether you were playing on Flash or HTML5.

Topic moved from Game Discussion
The iOS mobile version of the game is planned but it is very low on the developers priority list. Currently the main focus is release of ares, new turret, moving to html5 as well as clearing bugs and others that have not been mentioned. We are still waiting for more information from the developers.
