1) Did you try it from Flash or HTML? 
2) Was your country/region correct? 
3) Can you access the shop? 
If it is HTML client, please try clearing cache and reinstalling it. 
If it is Flash, then it might be a problem from the flash, I would recommend trying it on HTML. 

This basically means that your account has been stolen. Please contact "Help@tankionline.com" immidiately to have it retrieved. However, one question: How were you able to log-in to forum? I have a suspicion that this is just a flash error. Can you try logging in to the game by mobile version or HTML to confirm?

This is a visual bug in which the scoreboard does not show once the battle ends but in any case, the crystals are added to the account. You don't have to worry, the crystals were credited to your account as soon as the battle ended.

Player made maps are no longer added to the game due to specific copyright issues. Currently, there is no way for player made maps to be added to the game. 

As ControlledChaos said, non-staff players do not have an option to edit their profiles. You can not change your profile picture, background picture as well as enable visitor block. Profile pictures represent that a certain player is a helper of the game and you can ask them questions related to the game, when in doubt. Background pictures can only be changed by Administrators.

Correction, TO Mobile version for android is free of cost for everyone.
Developers haven't mentioned anything about an IOS version recently so its likely they are focusing on bigger priorities such as as HTML5.

@Backward If the problem is only on 'ratings' site, then don't worry about it. The ratings site has lately been glitching and developers are well aware of the problem. Incase it was a problem with in the game, inside your garage then either it could be the change of stats after the MK conversion update.

If you are playing on Flash, you will be confined to a maximum 60 FPS. However, on HTML5, there is no such lock. It would depend upon your screen, as @Levi explained.
@Defender : If you have a 60Hz monitor, you can get 60FPS max on both Flash and HTML5. If you have a 144Hz monitor, you can get 60FPS max on Flash and 144FPS max on HTML5.

Hello! It is a common feature of the game to disconnect players from the battle if their was no activity from them for 2 minutes straight. There can be nothing done about that. But, if your tank was "wrongly" disconnected from the battle due to inactivity while using "HTML5" version of the game, please report the issue on HTML5 Bug Reports. Many players using HTML5 have reported a similar issue.

There is no difference between the chances of receiving a reward by opening containers on flash or HTML. The chances remain the same and are not disclosed by the developers. However, there is no apparent luck in opening containers on HTML or Flash.

Afaik, they do have plans to expand the game to iOS. But this year has been a challenging time for the developers too. For the start, as much as it would seem, TO mobile is still being updated and monitored carefully. The TO platform is being shifted to HTML due to Flash closing down. Release of special missions to entertain a larger player base, fixing bugs as well as working on the release of Ares. All of this has kept developers pretty occupied, but you never know.
It is planned, for more info you'll have to wait for an official announcement from the developers.

I don't feel anything different and about your question, there has not been any changes to any hulls dynamics. There could be a few possiblities:
1) You may have been playing XPBP with MU'ed wasp and after 3 weeks, going in a regular battle might feel different.
2) There might be an issue with camera settings or Flash to HTML shift.

I think there was probably a small misunderstanding, but Gauss MK4 is 40,000 crystals regular price. 50% Discount makes it 20,000 crystals. Hence, there is no problem from the systems side.

So the new forum engine can sometimes glitch out. not only that, but sometimes bad internet connection also aids in this. Let us say you clicked on the "submit" button but the page kept loading and did not change. If you click on "submit" button more than once then it triggers the forum to post the topic more than once. It is nothing to worry about. forum Moderators are aware of the problem.
