Just make the HTML 5 version look the exact same as the flash version. It is possible, don't act like it isn't. Just copy and almost paste every coding and there you go.

Since Tanki Online provides a MatchMaking system, you could think of developing a MatchMaking system that includes ranks like other games (Bronze, Silver, Champion, Platinum, Diamond, etc.).
