mmmm... Not bad, The background is too similar with the golden text layer style which kinda ruins the text in the whole picture, reflections aren't that perfect, not even in mirrors, When using the scatter effect in PS, add a mask on the object(tank) and brush on top of it with a brush tool(opacity should be 40-50%) several times, when trying to make the zoom effect(if that a zoom effect or part of the scatter smoke? Looks like you used smudge on the tank a bit too much) You need to smudge the tank with a smudge toll(opacity around 20-40% no more)smugde twice or so on the tank, and then once more on the end of the zoom, and erase the end smoothly with a eraser(Or use mask), Note, make first a copy of the tank and try out the effect on that layer, if it turns out good just leave copied layer on top of the original untouched tank layer. Shadows are pretty decent I would say.

It might take you several days-Months to understand the program, might even take longer to master it. Just take it slow, don't rush, look up Tutorials from youtube and google for help;)

For those who are new to this, posting the commands in the chat won't work, it only works in the console(Control+Shift+K) to open, If you have mouse Controls on than you can also rotate your camera 360 degrees and change the angel of your view with mouse controls, I found that using a speed of 0.1 - 0.5 is very similar to the Spectator Moving speed,
